Branding and Web Development
I created a brand identity and social media assets for the new business. I then designed and developed a marketing website to give the business an online presence and help reach customers.

I revived a student association through leadership, service design and marketing initiatives. I tripled client engagement and established service continuity measures.
System Analysis, Product Development, Documenting Requirements
I alternated as a product designer and system analyst in a scrum team tasked with developing system requirements for a hypothetical food donation App. I also conducted market research and wrote product documentation.

I developed creative marketing assets, package designs and product mockups for an independent music studio.
Shipping Sortation, Incidence Response, Lean production
I served as an incident response specialist on the operations reliability team and then as an operations coordinator on the operations team. Our operations consisted of a strong mix of the Kanban and Lean frameworks along with Amazon's leadership principles.

As part of my curricular activities, I wrote and presented business cases and grant proposals ranging from research funding to equipment purchase. Below are some examples:

I previously served as a feature writer, staff photographer and copy-editor at the university newspaper. In each role I either worked independently on review articles and photography assignments or as a part of a team working on feature interviews. Currently, I publish a small humor magazine via my studio.

I run a small magazine that publishes comics and humor pieces. In addition to running the content systems and backend, I also serve as a web and graphic designer.

Research, Conducting interviews, Writing
I organized and conducted interviews with various university professors and other administrative personnel in order to write up a personality profile. Each project lasted about a week and included researching the personality, making plans and getting project approvals, scheduling and conducting the interview, transcribing recordings, writing the article, and finally incorporating editorial feedback by deadline day.

I covered local news and campus events as a staff photographer. Through this experience, I learned to approach and talk to strangers as well as practiced making quick creative decisions.

I covered various topics and entertainment items including trending technology products and recently released music. Each project involved conducting industry research, gathering opinions from students, and incorporating editorial feedback. As this was my first role in editorial, I learned to collaborate with colleagues from other departments and learned the value of feedback.
