Result: Launched a new operations site in March 2024 as part of a Launch Team. Mentored and Trained over 75 associates, 6 process assistants, and 4 area managers within the span of 3 weeks.

Role: Process Coordinator (Robotics, Quality Control, & Inbound)

Results: Implements an operations style consisting a strong mix of Kanban and Lean frameworks. Manages a 20+ team in daily site operations resulting in 97% of weekly production targets being met with a benchmark of 90%. Maintains production uptime above benchmark of 96%.

I served as script writer, videographer, editor or production coordinator on multiple film and contract projects.

I served as an executive editor responsible for the design and production side of the newspaper.  . Our operations was a hybrid of the Kanban and Scrum frameworks following a weekly production schedule.
